1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Just Airport Transfer’s services. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
We provide pre-booked airport transfer and chauffeur services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.
Payment may be required in advance or at the time of service, depending on booking type.
Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full.
No-shows will be charged the full fare.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate booking details (pickup location, flight number, etc.).
Delays caused by incorrect information are not our responsibility.
You must ensure you have sufficient time to reach your destination.
6. Delays & Liability
We will make every effort to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booking. We do not accept liability for missed flights or consequential losses.
7. Luggage
Each passenger may carry standard luggage unless agreed otherwise.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour will result in termination of the service without refund.
Eating, drinking, and smoking may be restricted in vehicles.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
